The Opportunity: As the Accommodation Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations, asset management, and customer service of the Guest House and Contractor Camp Facilities. Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services, your responsibilities will include managing bookings, supervising staff, ensuring maintenance standards, and leading a team to provide exceptional accommodation services. This role is vital in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting the council's operational and financial goals.

About You:

• Proven experience in accommodation management or hospitality
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Cert IV in Business Administration or Hospitality Services (or willingness to obtain), Team Leader qualification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid QLD Driver’s License
• Passionate about community impact, detail-oriented, and a team leader who fosters a culture of excellence.
• Ability to pass a satisfactory police check
